The confession of an alter ego

Me: Ayah… can you please pay for the car for me? Don’t think I have time to go to the bank…

Ayah: Sure… Tengoklah nanti… Just put the money in the dashboard…<So I did>

One day later…

Me: Ayah… Dah bayar keta dah?

Ayah: Huhuhu… I forgot la… Almost left it in the car masa pegi carwash lagi tu… Esok ya…

Me: OK…

Another day later, saw Mama as I stepped into the house from the office…

Me: Ayah dah balik?

Mama: Dah… In his study… Tinkering…

Me: Oooh… Ada apa ek?

Mama: Gi tengok… New toy…

Popped my head at the door

Me: Whatcha got there Dad?

Ayah: Hehehe… A brand spanking new printer… Boleh scan and everything… Pastu boleh print gambar… Colour… <nada bangga>

Me: Fuiyoo!! Impressive… Lepas nih no need to go to office la to print…

Ayah: Yup… <nada lebih bangga>

Me: By the way, you did manage to pay for the car rite?

Ayah: <ponder> Laaaa… No wonder I have so much money in my wallet!!! Untuk kereta kan… Patutla masa nampak printer tu terus terasa, "Hmm… Duit ada…" Hahahahahahahaha!!! <ketawa segan>

Me: &*%*$*^@#^(*^$^(&%$ <dalam hati>

I left him with his toy, and sat next to Mama…

Me: Agak2 kalau kita bagi printer tu kat bank dia terima tak??

Mama: Over HIS dead body…hehehe…
